Tencore was founded in February 2024 in response to the urgent need for robotic solutions on the front line. Starting with a team of five, the company quickly scaled to over 200 employees.

Its flagship product, TerMIT, has an official NATO codification number, confirming compliance with international standards and unlocking export opportunities. TerMIT is designed as a modular, cost-efficient system that combines high combat performance with optimized production and operational costs. The company develops its projects in close cooperation with Ukrainian military units, allowing products to be tailored to real battlefield requirements. Science 2024, hundreds of TerMITs are widely deployed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces along the front line.

In 2025, the company began collaboration with international partners, including NATO member states, to test and adapt its systems to foreign army standards. Tencore also integrates components from leading European manufacturers, particularly in communications, sensors, and power systems.
